Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Methods We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Express — Fast delivery for time-sensitive orders
Processing Time Orders are processed and fulfilled before being handed off to your chosen carrier. Delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout.
Fragile Items Certain fragile products are shipped exclusively via UPS or Express to ensure they arrive safely.
Return Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your item.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition — unworn, unused, and with tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Start a Return Contact us at info@kahlae.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

EU Customers Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period and may return items for any reason within that window, provided items meet the eligibility criteria above.
