For orders totaling $45 or more, we offer free standard shipping.

Delivery Time 

We strive to process and ship orders within 1 business day from the date of purchase.

The estimated delivery time will depend on the customer's location and the chosen shipping method.

Please note that candles may require additional handling time during hot weather to ensure product quality.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or items that have been lit.

Return Process

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions or forms.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment.

Refund, Exchange, or Free Product Replacement 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned candle, we will process the refund, exchange, or free product replacement accordingly.

If the candle is received damaged, we offer a free product replacement.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested candle is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs 

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not attributed to us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
